Each submission is reviewed by our artistic team with attention to quality, coherence and creative potential.

Selection Process

Our process is designed to identify talents who can grow within a multidisciplinary creative ecosystem.

Step 1 — Portfolio Review

Evaluation of the artistic quality, originality and presentation of the work.

Step 2 — Creative Assessment

Review of the candidate’s artistic vision, identity and relevance to our platform.

Step 3 — Interview or Audition

Selected applicants may be invited to a conversation, live audition or creative presentation.

Step 4 — Studio Opportunities

Artists selected by Seven Wonders Creative may be invited to participate in productions, collaborations, campaigns, exhibitions, live performances or future editions of the Seven Arts Festival.

Seven Wonders Creative –
Photo Submission Guidelines

To ensure a professional and efficient casting process, all applicants submitting photographs to Seven Wonders Creative must follow the guidelines below.

Required Photo Types

Applicants must provide at least the following photographs:

Headshot (Portrait)
A clear photograph of the face with natural expression and neutral background.

Full Body Photo
A photograph showing the full silhouette in a relaxed and natural posture.

Profile Photo
A side view of the face.

Additional photos such as editorial images, performance photos or portfolio shots may also be included when relevant.

Photo Quality Requirements

Photos must meet the following standards :

• recent (taken within the last 12 months)
• high resolution
• natural lighting preferred
• neutral or simple background
• clear visibility of facial features.

Photos must represent the applicant’s real and current appearance.

Recommended resolution :

minimum 1000 pixels

Maximum file size :

10 MB per file

Each photo file should ideally be named using the format :

Firstname_Lastname_Discipline.jpg

Example :

Maria_Santos_Model.jpg

Photo Restrictions

The following types of images will not be accepted:

• photos with filters or excessive retouching
• images with sunglasses or face obstruction
• group photos
• images with watermarks or logos
• images that do not clearly show the applicant.
